Out of State
For the Best Summer of Your Life!
Camp Marist was founded in 1949 on the beautiful shores of Ossipee Lake by The Marist Brothers, an international Catholic teaching order. After having established numerous elementary and high schools throughout the world, the brothers wished to create a camp which complemented what they were doing in their schools. Camp Marist is a traditional residential summer camp for boys and girls, ages 6-16. Nestled on 300 acres in the White Mountain region of New Hampshire, Camp Marist offers children an opportunity to continue learning about their faith, learn about character and community, develop strong self-esteem and self-awareness, and grow in confidence while practicing new skills.
Camp Marist campers have over 30 activity options — from horseback riding to martial arts. The daily activity program runs on a rotating two-day schedule, with five activities on Day 1 and five activities on Day 2. Each day, four of the activities scheduled are based on the camper’s own choices. The fifth activity will be at the waterfront. The waterfront activity choice may be swimming lessons, sailing, kayaking, canoeing or wind-surfing.
Camp Marist offers 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 7-week options throughout the summer. Rates include all meals and canteen expenses, laundry services and selected cabin trips. Rates and registration information are available at
